David Rees: Delyth, will you take an intervention?
David Rees: Hefin, will you take an intervention?
David Rees: I now call on the Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, Lesley Griffiths.

David Rees: The proposal is to note the committee's report. Does any Member object? [Objection.] Yes, there is objection. I will defer voting under this item until voting time.
David Rees: Item 7 today is the Welsh Conservatives debate on the roads review, and I call on Natasha Asghar to move the motion.
David Rees: I call on the Minister for Social Justice to reply to the debate.
David Rees: Thank you to Llyr Gruffydd, and to the Minister. And that brings today's proceedings to a close.
David Rees: I now call on the party spokespeople to question the Minister, and first of all, we turn to the Conservative spokesperson, Laura Anne Jones.
David Rees: Plaid Cymru spokesperson, Sioned Williams.
David Rees: Question 5, Sioned Williams.
David Rees: I would like to hear the answer from the Minister.
David Rees: And finally, question 10, Luke Fletcher.
David Rees: Thank you, Minister.
David Rees: No topical questions were accepted this afternoon.
David Rees: We'll move on to item 6, a statement by the Minister for Health and Social Services on dental reform. I call on the Minister to make the statement—Eluned Morgan.
David Rees: Let the Minister answer, because I have many people who wish to speak, and the longer people intervene—well, you can’t intervene, but the longer people speak from sedentary positions, someone’s not going to be able to ask their question.
David Rees: I have many Members who wish to speak, understandably, on this issue, because it affects all of our constituencies, including mine. But if you please keep to your one minute, we can get everybody in to ask their question. John Griffiths.
David Rees: And finally, Jenny Rathbone.
David Rees: I thank the Minister.
