Jeremy Miles: Amendments 64 and 65 amend the overview section to remove references to two of the Bill's Schedules. Where the overview section refers to particular Parts of the Bill, that already includes the relevant Schedule, so there's no need to mention them separately. Amendment 77 removes unnecessary wording from the definition of 'enactment' in section 39 of the Bill. This duplicates the definition...
