Mandy Jones: From what I gather, we're talking about the drug Sativex, which I fully endorse. I'll stand with you on this one. When you talk about—this is an unknown intervention from me; I'm new, okay. When you talk about smoking cannabis, it isn't just smoking cannabis as you would smoke a cigarette.

Cabinet Secretary, RSPCA Cymru believes that an animal abuse register would act as a deterrent for individuals who may otherwise have committed acts of cruelty, and could also help to prevent the suffering of other animals from reoffenders.
