The business Minister is perfectly correct in her interpretation of the Standing Orders, and this is a requirement of Government, to table a debate on the programme for government. This will be the first opportunity this Assembly has to vote on the programme for government, and it is certainly not an abuse of the time of this National Assembly to debate this this afternoon.
