We move on to the last debate of the afternoon, which is the debate on the financial resolution on the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Bill, and I call on the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government to move that motion.
Motion NDM6194 Jane Hutt
To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, for the purposes of any provisions resulting from the Land Transaction Tax and Anti-avoidance of Devolved Taxes (Wales) Bill, agrees to any increase in expenditure of a kind referred to in Standing Order 26.69, arising in consequence of the Bill.
Formally, Chair.
Thank you. I have no speakers, therefore, and as it’s been moved formally, the proposal is to agree that motion. Does any Member object? No. Therefore, that motion is agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
