I have not heard people calling for a trade union Bill here in Wales because they feel they’re discriminated against. The real—[Interruption.]—the real danger is that you will be trailblazing regional pay by bringing this Bill forward, because you will be lowering the threshold for strike action here in Wales, vis-a-vis other parts of the United Kingdom. Most times, when strike action is taken, it is around terms and conditions and pay. So, you will be the trailblazer for regional pay if you continue to push this trade union Bill through the Assembly.
