Indeed, it is a breakthrough that the Welsh Labour Government and, indeed, yourselves have been calling for the Severn tolls to be removed and now we have the Tories actually responding to our calls here from the Welsh Government and from parties in this Chamber. It is very important, therefore, we look at how this can progress, but your point about Cleddau bridge is well made and I’m sure that the Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Infrastructure will want to update you on that.

I think your second question does draw attention to a whole range of issues, which touch on the role, powers and responsibilities of NRW, but I think you have put it on the record now in terms of this application, which does cross over issues relating to tourism, forestry and planning, which, of course, Welsh Ministers have to reserve comment on.
