I’m not doing it just to get a clap, I’m doing it because I care about the people who have come here today and are bothering to care about these issues. I have somebody on a waiting list for two and a half years for the interim diagnosis of global development delay, waiting in my constituency for that diagnosis. They do not deserve to wait any longer for that diagnosis, and if this legislation can do anything, it is to make that change a reality for them in their everyday lives, not for us sitting making policy—in their everyday lives. So, please support this Bill.
