Diolch, Llywydd. There are several changes to business this week. The Business Committee has agreed to schedule a motion to allocate committee Chairs to political groups immediately after the business statement. The Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Children will then make a statement on fire safety in Wales, the steps being taken following the Grenfell Tower fire. After this the First Minister will make a statement on ‘Brexit and Devolution: Securing Wales’ Future’. The Business Committee has also scheduled two motions tomorrow to seek the Assembly’s agreement of updated finance procedures and a new budget protocol.
