Your White Paper proposes that they collaborate or even merge across local health board boundaries. Given that the proposals for community area committees have now been scrapped, there is little mention of public service boards in the previous Bill’s regulatory impact assessment. So, Cabinet Secretary, what analysis have you undertaken in regard to the costing of these such changes coming forward?
