The development bank of Wales represents a core component part of the Welsh Government’s economic policy in delivering prosperity for all. It will do this by significantly improving small and medium-sized enterprises’ ability to access finance for investment to creating and safeguard employment, enhance productivity and development opportunities that might otherwise be lost.
The Welsh Government supports disabled people across Wales through funding for all-Wales organisations, by working to establish national improvement initiatives such as the integrated autism service and in setting clear expectations on equity of access and the opportunity to fully participate in society.
The substance misuse annual report and forward look—to be published at the end of October—will set out the progress being made in the delivery of our latest 2016-18 delivery plan. Good progress is being made on access to treatment services and we remain committed to improving outcomes.
Supporting co-operatives and social businesses across Wales to develop and grow is one of the key goals of the Welsh Government.
