To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

Calls on the Welsh Government to:

a) extend eligibility for free bus travel entitlements to all 16 to 24 year olds in Wales; and

b) extend eligibility for railcard privileges to all 16 to 24 year olds in Wales.
