Nick Ramsay, Llywydd—I should have said in my introductory speech that, of course, we are entering the festive season, and, in line with the Conservative Party's interest in tradition, Mr Ramsay has once again dusted down the amendment that the Conservative Party has laid to this debate over many years now. I accused him last year of simply recycling the identical amendment, and he denied that.
