I know that the Senedd is in my region in Delyn next week and welcome very much the opportunity for people in all corners of Wales to see and hear about what happens in this place. I'm particularly interested today in the ambitions stated in the strategy to focus on reaching the disengaged face to face and through improved targeting. What is the Commission doing to achieve that aim?
