Social care is one of those areas of the settlement that we have sought to give enhanced protection to. The finance Minister yesterday made clear that we'll be investing an additional £20 million as part of the funding settlement itself, an additional £30 million through additional grant funding, and another £30 million as part of the social care partnership for health and local government.
