There is, indeed, great potential and opportunity within this new curriculum, and, I believe, great prizes: I do welcome very much the strategic intention around early and pre-linguistic development across Wales. We need that linguistic development. We can be a bilingual nation to a greater extent, but we need to be a multilingual nation to take our true place in the world—and I won't talk about the areas of experience and learning about music and the arts today. Can you outline for me how you believe the role of the education improvement consortia will play out in delivery and potentially helping to implement the new curriculum in Wales?
