Again, I thank the Minister for his answer, but following on from the cancellation of the Circuit of Wales, I'm noting that the Ebbw Vale enterprise zone was responsible for just 179 jobs during its seven years of existence. Surely, then, Cabinet Minister, it is time the Welsh Government put in place, as a matter of urgency, the infrastructure—both physical and spatial—to create long-term jobs and prospects in an area that is said to be one of the poorest in Wales and indeed the UK. Following on from this, Cabinet Minister, can you give us an update on car manufacturer, TVR, and its intended occupancy on the site?
