The world is changing, the economy is changing with it, and one change is that the information economy is becoming more and more important, and in that regard expenditure on research and development will become more and more important. That’s how you generate new ideas and new devices that will be the basis for a new generation of businesses. So, can the Minister give an update on expenditure on R&D within the Welsh Government’s budget?
