We are investing in safe, sustainable neonatal services across Wales, including a brand new neonatal intensive care unit within the £350 million Grange University Hospital, which opens in 2021. We expect health boards to deliver high quality neonatal services, supported by Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee and Wales Neonatal Network.
