It’s a huge pleasure for me to participate in this important debate today, and I'm grateful to the young people who have contributed. Wales leads the way on children’s rights and young people’s rights, and the Youth Parliament is another important example of how we can strengthen our democracy by including you, as young people, in our discussions. You have a unique viewpoint and we need to hear your comments on the major issues facing Wales today.
