Thank you very much. We have gone past the allocated time for this debate, but conscious of what the Llywydd said when she started the debate, I now intend—. I have a number of speakers and I now intend to ask them to limit their contributions to three minutes in order that I don't then have to say to somebody, 'You can't speak'.
