We are investing in all parts of Wales to support our public services, businesses and communities. Investments in Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire include £60 million EU funding in the marine energy industry and £45 million for improvements to the A40.

The Welsh Government has provided a specific grant scheme for the past three years that supports the majority of hydropower projects in Wales with their non-domestic rates bills. We are considering the position for 2020-21 as part of the budget planning process.
