Dai Lloyd mentioned in more detail the impact that pollution has on our bodies, and why this is such an urgent issue. Delyth Jewell was right to think of breathing clean air as a basic human right, and Caroline Jones was right to say that this is one of the biggest challenges that face us in terms of public health. I listened very carefully to the comments made by Hefin David. We are not being pessimistic, I don't think, but ready to realise the severity of the situation as it stands today. That's what I heard from the debate here in the Chamber. In terms of the figure, and the dispute about the figures of 2,000 early deaths per year, and then between 1,000 and 1,400, I think, which is the figure that you mentioned, I will quote from a paper that was presented to the Cabinet of the Welsh Government in January 2018.
