To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 11.21(ii):

1. Notes:

a) the Welsh Government annual report 2019;

b) the legislative programme; 

2. Calls on the Welsh Government to provide clarity on the extent to which the pledges contained in the First Minister's manifesto for Welsh Labour leader now form an official part of the Government's national strategy, Prosperity for All.
