(Translated) Will the First Minister make a statement on agricultural pollution regulations in Wales?

Agricultural pollution is affecting the health and quality of our rivers, lakes and streams across Wales. Clean water is essential for our life in Wales, so we must take proportionate and targeted action to address the problem. Evidence is currently being considered before a decision on new regulations is made.

Through additional investment in our workforce, health boards and trusts in Wales employ more NHS consultants than at any time previously. The number of hospital consultants in the south Wales area has grown by 10.7 per cent over the last five years.

The Wales animal health and welfare framework implementation plan sets out Welsh Government priorities. Maintaining high levels of animal health and welfare has always been a priority, and with Brexit now upon us I will continue to ensure that we retain these high standards in Wales.
