(Translated) Will the Minister provide an update on the Welsh Government's review of the Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) (Wales) Regulations 2014?

The recommendations of the recent review of the 2014 regulations are being used as a basis to consider future direction and future actions. Work has already started on a number of the recommendations and I will publish the Government's response to the full list of recommendations before autumn recess.

(Translated) Will the Minister make a statement on Welsh Government policies to protect hen harriers?

As the species champion for raptors in Wales I have agreed to fully fund the continuation of the RSPB hen harrier tagging work and also to partly fund the RSPB's new raptor officer. The officer will play a key role in ensuring hen harrier persecution is dealt with effectively in Wales.

We remain fully committed to supporting and investing in the rural economy as we rebuild following the COVID-19 pandemic. I recently announced over £106 million of investment in a range of schemes over the next three years to support our rural economy.
