Diolch, acting Llywydd. I move the motion to approve the report and recommendation. The committee's report sets out a proposal to amend the acting commissioner's pay. As the length of appointment for the acting commissioner has become clearer, the committee considered it appropriate to pay the acting commissioner in line with that of the former commissioner.

This report sets out the approach to achieve this, while being clear that consideration will be given to the pay structure for any future commissioner for standards.
