In Salzburg over the weekend, Wales beat England in the final in order to win the trophy for the very first time. Therefore, congratulations Gerwyn Price from Markham near Caerphilly and Jonny Clayton from Pontyberem, near Llanelli, for playing superbly well in Austria over the weekend. Gerwyn Price used to be a rugby player before he chose to focus on darts. He is known in the darts world as 'The Ice Man', and his darts partner, Jonny Clayton, is known as 'The Ferret'. On Sunday, the Ice Man and the Ferret were unbeatable, and Wales are now the world champions. Therefore, once again, congratulations to the Ice Man and the Ferret. Thank you.
