I urge the Senedd to support the Legislation (Wales) Act 2019 (Amendment of Schedule 1) Regulations 2020, and I ask formally that Members support the regulations. These regulations amend Schedule 1 to the Legislation (Wales) Act 2019, which, as I said in a debate last week, set out general definitions that apply to terms used in Acts of Senedd Cymru and Welsh statutory instruments.
