Just to make clear, I've said repeatedly that this is a race against the virus; it's a marathon effort, over many months, and we all want to move as quickly as possible. I don't think I can be any clearer about the approach of the Welsh Government and the direction that our national health service is taking. I really do think we should all be very proud of what our staff are doing—staff who are under pressure. As ever, there are times when criticism of the programme can be taken personally by staff. I appreciate that most Members will say they're not criticising staff, they're criticising me as the Minister, but there is a need to think about the entirely legitimate question that Members will have for me and for health board leadership and the impact that has on our staff who are working under incredible pressures.
