So, I just want you to say a little bit more about how local authorities and Government are going to deal with people who may not have recourse to public funds. You know, the Conservative spokesperson says they're not going to be treated as people who are no longer able to get public services, but that's been said before in relation to other people. So, I just wondered if you could say a little bit more about what exactly local authorities and the Welsh Government are going to do to people who have their claims rejected, even if they've lived here for years.
