The technology is very complex, the skills that are needed are very complex. You need people who really understand this technology, and everybody wants the same people at the moment. That's why HEIW is taking this seriously and is putting actions in place so that everyone understands the importance of technology in the future. So, this is a point that the entire NHS understands we need to move on.
