That gives you the capacity, if you wanted to, to give another 20 per cent on top of what you're currently paying members of staff. Do you accept—[Interruption.] Do you accept that that is the—[Interruption.] Do you accept—[Interruption.] I can hear the heckling. I can see the First Minister smiling. He's the guy that struck the deal with the Treasury in order to get that compensation. That is the case, they are the facts, do you accept that you do have more resources than the UK Government to pay your staff?
