Our recently published 'Net Zero Wales' plan sets out our priorities for emissions reduction. Everyone has a role to play in tackling the climate emergency and our priorities reflect the need to engage the public, communities and businesses and work collaboratively towards a stronger, greener, fairer Wales.

We continue to work closely with health and social care partners in the Hywel Dda region and across Wales to support timely transfers of care. We have provided significant additional funding and we are supporting a number of initiatives in the region to improve patient flow and prevent hospital admission.

The review is under way and the panel is considering projects and the scope of the review. An interim report setting out their appraisal method is due to be submitted to Ministers in December and the final report and recommendations are expected in June 2022.
