(Translated)

I am very conscious of the effect fireworks can have on wildlife, domesticated animals and farmed animals. In the absence of a clear commitment by the UK Government to tighten regulations in England and Wales, we have asked the UK Government to consider the possibility of transferring these powers to Welsh Ministers.

During 2021, £16.5 million has been made available to farmers through our support schemes, including those in South Wales Central. This support enables farmers to enhance their environmental, technical and financial performance. Application windows have been available to all farmers across Wales.
