Minister, on Wednesday, a city centre public space protection order is being introduced for three months in Swansea, and will apply to behaviour such as drug taking and drunkenness. It means that alcohol and drugs being consumed on the street can be confiscated before the situation becomes a problem, and fixed-penalty notices can be issued for anti-social behaviour such as swearing and aggression.
