I could go on to detail our objection to many other clauses contained within this lengthy Bill, which will have a detrimental and disproportionate impact on minorities, women, children, our civil rights, and which will certainly worsen the inequalities in our justice system. But I will conclude by stating that the Bill is another example of why we need to devolve justice to Wales. Devolving powers for justice is crucial if we are to provide a justice system that is fairer and more accountable, which will have the needs, values and the interests of the people of Wales at its very core.
