I think, on the quality statements, the issue is that—tell me if I'm wrong—there are no targets in there. There is no vision in there. It's just a series of statements. Surely you recognise that that is needed if we're going to have a—. I'm just asking: do you accept the need for a cancer strategy above and beyond the cancer quality statement?
