(Translated) What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the UK Government's Levelling Up White Paper?

The White Paper fails to correct the breach of the Conservative Party's manifesto commitment fully to replace EU funds. This will cost Wales close to £1 billion over the next three years, and again signals the UK Government's intent to undermine the devolution settlement endorsed in two referendums in Wales.
