(Translated) What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the impact the UK Government's Northern Ireland protocol Bill will have on the Welsh agri-food sector?

Welsh Government cannot make an assessment until such a Bill is published. It is vital UK Government Ministers engage with us on their proposals. We anticipate direct impact will be small, however, indirect impact, as a result of any response from the European Union, may be greater.

The Welsh Government continues to support organic farming in Wales under the EU rural development programme through Glastir Organic. An expression of interest window to a new, domestically funded scheme to support conversion to organic farming will open on 18 July.
