Thanks very much, Buffy, and I know you, too, have had your issues in relation to women's health as well. I think it's really important that people talk about the menopause now, and it's great that people are being a bit more open about it. And I think there's a lot we can do to support women with the menopause and we've got to understand—. In the workplace as well, I think there's a job for unions to do to draw this to people's attention, and I think it's really important that people understand, as you say, that everybody's journey is different. Just in relation to the menopause, we now have a task and finish group in Wales looking at the menopause, and that will feed into the UK menopause taskforce that, of course, Carolyn Harris is very active on and leading the way on in the UK.
