Just referring back to your statement on taxpayers' money, I just wondered if you agree with me that the PPE scandal in Westminster, where they wasted taxpayers' money and just gave it to their friends in the Lords, do you agree with me that that is an actual disgrace, and that that could have been spent better in the UK and in Wales?
