Minister, I welcome your comments about the finance Minister being willing to look at the consequentials from the autumn statement to see if there are possibilities of further development in home insulation. The Arbed and Nest schemes have been excellent schemes to tackle carbon emissions and poverty. However, their scale is insufficient to meet the challenge of climate change, and given the likely availability of public spending in future years, would you look at alternative forms of finance in order to be able to fund a much more ambitious scheme, building on this excellent work?
