(Translated) Will the Cabinet Secretary make a statement on what impact property transaction tax changes will have on the supply of commercial property?

The tax changes announced in the draft budget mean Wales will have the lowest starting rate of tax for the purchase of business premises in the UK and that over 90% of non residential transactions will pay the same or less tax in Wales. We expect the changes to lead to an increase in commercial activity.
