(Translated) In light of a recent BBC report about sexual harassment and bullying, what discussions has the First Minister had with the Assembly Commission about protecting staff in the Assembly from inappropriate behaviour?

The Presiding Officer and I discussed the report at our last meeting, and there is simply no place for any inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. It is essential that individuals are able to raise concerns without fear of intimidation and that these concerns are fully investigated and dealt with.

(Translated) What discussions has the First Minister held regarding the transition period that will come into effect after the UK leaves the EU on 29 March 2019?

Photo of Mark Drakeford Mark Drakeford Labour

As I made clear to UK Government Ministers at the British-Irish Council in Guernsey on Friday, a 'no deal' would be catastrophic for Wales and the UK as a whole. Transition is therefore vital. I pressed again for the UK Government’s forthcoming White Paper to signal a change of direction.
