Professor Barnham wrote to the Minister on 20 June disclosing the accidents with weapon-grade plutonium. I will repeat it because it's worth repeating—only one kind of testing was done. If you do that testing, you're not going to be able to identify all kinds of plutonium. That's science. Speak to the physicists, they'll tell you.
