The first item on the agenda this afternoon is the business statement and announcement, and I call on the First Minister to make that statement.

There are several changes to today's agenda: statements from the Ministers for Health and Social Services and Economy, Transport and North Wales have been added; my statement has been extended to 45 minutes; and, finally, the debate on the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) Regulations 2020 has been postponed until next week, when they can be debated alongside amending regulations. Draft business for the next three weeks is set out on the business statement and announcement, which can be found amongst the meeting papers available to Members electronically.
