We changed the policy in Wales, along with all other nations of the United Kingdom, following a statement from the four UK chief medical officers. That was the culmination of the process that began with the Royal College of Surgeons's statement at the end of March. It was right that the four chief medical officers came together, made that determination, and all four Governments moved together once that decision had been made.
