We move, then, to the first item of that business, and that is the business statement. I call on the Trefnydd to make that statement. Rebecca Evans.

As you say, Llywydd, as a mark of respect for our friend and colleague, Oscar, there are a number of changes to today's agenda. The three planned oral statements will issue as written statements, and the Brexit Party debate has been postponed. Draft business for the next three weeks is set out in the business statement and announcement, which can be found amongst the meeting papers available to Members electronically.

Thank you, Trefnydd. Statements have therefore been transferred to written statements, which takes us to items 6 and 7, the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 and the Health Protection (Coronavirus Restrictions) (Wales) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2020.

The proposal is that these be grouped for debate but with separate votes. If there are no objections to that—. I see no objections.
