This is a very striking collection of commissioners who have broad ranging experience. I'm very pleased that this is the most diverse commission that we have seen in Wales to date, and it's encouraging to see more women than men as members of the commission. If I could just name a few members specifically: Dr Anwen Elias brings great academic experience to the commission. She's written recently in The Welsh Agenda, with her colleagues at Aberystwyth University, on the challenge of including people beyond the usual suspects in our national conversation to ensure that the commission is as inclusive as possible.
